Using this site is simple, and so are its terms. This page says plainly what the content here is for and where its limits sit.
Guides and tools are guidance, not a quote
The guides, the Climb Sheet and every figure of stairs, gradients or timing on this site are general planning guidance for moves around Balmoral. They estimate and steer; they don't survey your property, and they aren't an offer or a fixed price. Every move is confirmed individually by callback before anything is booked.
Rates
The hourly rates published on this site are our genuine current rates by crew size, one rate per crew. The total cost of a move is the hours it takes at the booked rate; hours estimates become reliable once access details are confirmed on your callback.
Imagery
Some images on this site are illustrative, including stock and generated imagery. They show the kind of work we do and the standard we work to, not specific past jobs at specific addresses.
Local facts and third-party links
Where the site cites local facts, such as parking arrangements or street gradients, they're stated in good faith and linked to their public sources where practical. Those sources (for example, council pages) can change; check them directly where a detail matters to your plans. Linked third-party sites are their own responsibility.
Doing the right thing on the day
We work within road rules and building rules: legal parking, building managers' moving procedures, strata requirements. Where a rule constrains the plan, the plan changes, and we tell you rather than improvising around it.
