The short honest version: this site collects what you type into the enquiry form so we can call you back about your move, and very little else. The detail follows.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form, we receive what you entered: typically your name, phone number, email if you give one, the addresses or suburbs involved, access notes such as stairs or slope, and anything you write in the message field. If you use the Climb Sheet, the summary it prefills into the message field is visible to you and editable before you send it; nothing is sent until you press the button.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: to plan and respond to your moving enquiry. The access details exist so the callback you get is specific to your street rather than generic.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is stored securely and may be shared with a suitable local provider to service your request, and with the service platforms that deliver this website and its forms. We don't sell enquiry details, and we don't add you to marketing lists for sending a quote request.
Anti-spam
The form includes automated spam protection. It works on the submission itself; it doesn't track you around the web.
Cookies and analytics
This site runs without advertising trackers. Basic technical logs (the kind every web server keeps) are used to keep the site working and secure.

Want to know what we hold from your enquiry, have it corrected, or have it deleted? Ask through the enquiry form and mark the message "privacy request"; it reaches the same inbox and we'll act on it promptly.
